Shipment Processing Time

We now stock products in our US warehouse for faster delivery!

  • United States & Canada:
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery expected in 3-5 business days.
  • Europe:
    Delivery times vary by country, with most orders arriving in 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Other Countries:
    We ship via international express air freight, with delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Some countries may require customs clearance, and additional fees may apply based on local regulations.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping Information

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact Coalax Support within 7 business days at Support@coalax.com.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
